Tiger 3 Box Office Collection

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s much-anticipated film, ‘Tiger 3,’ has not only opened to record-breaking numbers but has continued its stellar performance on the second day of its release. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film amassed an impressive Rs 57 crore on its second day, bringing its total to a whopping Rs 102 crore in just two days.

On Diwali, the film set a new benchmark by earning Rs 44.5 crore on its opening day at the domestic box office and a cumulative Rs 94 crore worldwide, establishing itself as Salman Khan’s biggest opener and Bollywood’s highest-grossing Diwali release. The second-day collections have outperformed Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan,’ which earned Rs 53 crore on its second day of release.

Directed by Maneesh Sharma, ‘Tiger 3’ is the third installment of the successful Tiger franchise, following ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ (2012) and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ (2017). The film is a part of Yash Raj Films’ spy universe, which includes Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ and the Hrithik Roshan starrer ‘War,’ with both actors making cameo appearances in ‘Tiger 3.’ Emraan Hashmi plays the antagonist in the movie.

With an overall 48.62% Hindi occupancy, 26.43% Telugu, and 29.91% in Tamil on Monday, ‘Tiger 3’ continues to draw audiences to theaters. The film’s success is expected to be further fueled by the Bhai Dooj holiday on Wednesday.

Receiving positive responses from both audiences and critics, ‘Tiger 3’ has been hailed for its engaging storyline, with the Shah Rukh and Salman scene being a highlight. The ABP Live review commended Salman Khan, stating, “This time, he lived up to the hype unlike anyone else,” and praised the film’s performance, as evidenced by the content exit of the packed Diwali audience.

As the Tiger franchise continues to roar at the box office, ‘Tiger 3′ stands as a testament to Salman Khan’s enduring appeal and the success of Yash Raj Films’ spy universe.
