Since the moon of Shaban 1444 AH has been seen, the Federal Government, through the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, announces that the moon of Shaban 1444 AH has been seen. As a result, the 1st Shaban, 1444 AH will start on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. This decision was made because that’s what the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee decided at their meeting today.
