Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Benazir Internship Program, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a three-year post-graduate degree or equivalent diploma recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), completed within 16 years of education.
- Obtain at least 50% or a GPA of 2.5 in Matric (SSC) or its equivalent for internship selection.
- Commit to a duration of three to six months for the internship, with a mandatory attendance requirement of 80%.
- Receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 10,000 along with attendance.
- Fall within the age bracket of 22 to 30 years.
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Graduates from Madrasas are eligible to apply.
- There is a two percent quota for Huzur applicants.
- A five percent quota is reserved for minority candidates.
Meeting these criteria ensures that applicants are eligible to participate in the Benazir Internship Program, providing them with valuable opportunities for professional development and growth.
Internship Conditions
- The Benazir Internship Program can accept up to twenty interns each year, which contributes to BISP’s budget.
